Are you licensed to provide commercial cleaning in Singapore?
Yes. All In Maintenance Services Pte Ltd holds an NEA Cleaning Business Licence, which is mandatory for cleaning non-domestic premises in Singapore. Our cleaners are trained under the WSQ framework and paid according to the Progressive Wage Model.
How quickly can you provide a quotation?
We respond to every enquiry within one working day. For most premises we arrange a short site visit first so the quotation is accurate, then send a detailed scope and price within 24 hours of the visit.
Do you serve all of Singapore?
Yes, we serve clients island-wide: CBD offices, industrial estates, retail malls and everything in between.
Can you handle both regular contracts and one-off jobs?
Both. We take on daily and weekly cleaning contracts as well as one-off jobs such as post-renovation cleaning, disinfection and deep cleans before an office move-in or handover.
