What does post-renovation cleaning include?
Removal of fine renovation dust from every surface (including inside cabinets, vents and light fittings), scraping of paint, plaster and cement spots, acid-washing of toilets where appropriate, machine scrubbing of floors, and full glass and window cleaning, so the unit is genuinely ready for handover or move-in.
How long does it take?
A typical office or retail unit takes one to two days depending on size and how much residue the contractors left behind. We can deploy larger crews to meet a tight handover date. Tell us your deadline and we will plan around it.
Do you remove renovation debris?
We clear light debris and packaging as part of the clean. Bulky construction waste disposal is normally your contractor’s responsibility, but if it has been left behind, let us know during the site visit and we will advise on arrangements.
When should we book?
Book once your contractor confirms the completion date, ideally a week ahead. The clean should happen after all trades are done (including touch-up painting) and before furniture and stock move in.
