Why we exist

Our founding team spent years in Singapore's building services industry, and kept hearing the same question from the businesses we worked with: “Do you know a cleaning company we can actually rely on?” Too often, the honest answer was no: quotes were vague, standards slipped once the contract was signed, and feedback disappeared into a call centre.

So we built the company people kept asking for. All In Maintenance Services Pte Ltd runs on simple operating discipline: licensed operations, written scopes, supervisor inspections, and a direct WhatsApp line to the people responsible.

What we believe

• Show up, every time. Reliability is the entire product. Schedules are honoured, relievers are arranged, and you are told in advance, never after.
• Pay people properly. Our cleaners are paid at or above Progressive Wage Model floors and trained under the WSQ framework. Well-treated crews stay, and crews that stay clean better.
• Put the scope in writing. Every quotation spells out what is cleaned, how often, and by whom, so quality is measurable, not debatable.
• Answer the phone. Feedback goes straight to a named supervisor and gets fixed the same week. No ticket numbers.

Licensed, insured, compliant

We operate under an NEA Cleaning Business Licence, which is mandatory for cleaning non-domestic premises in Singapore, with work injury compensation and public liability insurance in place. Compliance documents are available to clients and procurement teams on request.
